L&#8217;ensemble mal align\u00e9 peut causer une pression excessive et endommager le palier de but\u00e9e du vilebrequin. Un alignement incorrect de l&#8217;ensemble de support de transmission peut pousser le vilebrequin vers l&#8217;avant, \u00e9liminant tout jeu axial. Le palier de but\u00e9e endommag\u00e9 l\u00e2che g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 environ 3 000\u20135 000 miles (4 800\u20138 000 km) apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9paration pendant laquelle l&#8217;ensemble de support de transmission a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ensemble de support de la transmission (Fig. 2) se compose d&#8217;un tube de support de la transmission avec cloche d&#8217;embrayage arri\u00e8re et d&#8217;un ensemble d&#8217;arbre de transmission interne. L&#8217;avant de l&#8217;ensemble de transmission se monte sur la cloche d&#8217;embrayage du moteur. L&#8217;ensemble de support de la transmission est sp\u00e9cifique aux applications \u00e0 bo\u00eete de vitesses automatique ou manuelle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Toute r\u00e9clamation au titre de la garantie impliquant l&#8217;ensemble de support de la transmission peut \u00eatre d\u00e9bit\u00e9e pour travail incorrect.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9dure mise \u00e0 jour<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La proc\u00e9dure des informations de service pour le remplacement de l&#8217;ensemble de support de la transmission a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 mise \u00e0 jour pour les v\u00e9hicules avec bo\u00eete de vitesses automatique (Doc. num\u00e9ro 3462804).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La proc\u00e9dure mise \u00e0 jour comprend le serrage du boulon de collier de moyeu d&#8217;arbre de transmission (fig. 3) \u00e0 130 Nm (96 lb.-ft.). Mesurer le jeu axial du vilebrequin \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un comparateur \u00e0 cadran. S&#8217;il n&#8217;y a pas de jeu axial, le boulon de collier doit \u00eatre desserr\u00e9 et le vilebrequin pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 nouveau vers l&#8217;arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nouvelle vid\u00e9o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une vid\u00e9o de la proc\u00e9dure mise \u00e0 jour est incluse dans le s\u00e9minaire sur les probl\u00e8mes nouveaux de septembre 2016 (102016.09V) qui est disponible sur le centre de formation GM.
