On demande aux services d&#8217;entretien des concessionnaires de signaler tous les probl\u00e8mes avec les v\u00e9hicules qui demande une attention imm\u00e9diate, non seulement les pr\u00e9occupations qui n\u00e9cessite une assistance technique. Chaque cas du TAC est consign\u00e9 et envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 des centaines de personne repr\u00e9sentant l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie, la fabrication, le service apr\u00e8s-vente et d&#8217;autres organisations \u00e0 travers GM.
