Dans le cadre du processus de GM pour amasser des r\u00e9actions importantes pour les am\u00e9liorations techniques, la bo\u00eete de vitesses 5ET50 fait actuellement partie du programme de restriction des composants.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour obtenir de plus amples renseignements sur le programme de restriction pour ces mod\u00e8les, se reporter aux documents suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>#PIP5321D : Programme de restriction de composant de bo\u00eete de vitesses 5ET50 Volt<\/li>\n<li>#PIP5390A : Programme de restriction de composant et de bo\u00eete de vitesses hybride 5ET50 (MKE) Malibu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSEIL :<\/strong> Lors du remplacement d&#8217;une bo\u00eete de vitesses 5ET50, il faut capturer des enregistrements de d\u00e9faillance sur image fig\u00e9e ainsi que tout code de diagnostic (DTC). Ne pas effacer les DTC.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Volt 2011-2015 et la ELR 2014-2016 utilisent le m\u00e9canisme de changement de vitesse \u00e0 contr\u00f4le \u00e9lectronique 4ET50 (EFC MKA). La bo\u00eete de vitesse 4ET50 fait aussi partie du programme de restriction sur les composants. Se reporter \u00e0 #PIP4840Q : (EREV) Programme de restriction sur les composants de bo\u00eete de vitesses Volt et ELR 4ET50 pour obtenir de plus amples renseignements.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Retours et exp\u00e9dition <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La restriction sur les composants pour ces bo\u00eetes de vitesses est administr\u00e9e par le centre d&#8217;assistance technique (TAC) de GM. Les techniciens du service doivent fournir les commentaires d\u00e9taill\u00e9s du client, les conditions, les codes d&#8217;anomalie (DTC) et les autres renseignements utiles. Pour demander des composants restreints et obtenir les instructions d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition, contacter le TAC GM.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carter de bo\u00eete de vitesses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lors du retour d&#8217;une bo\u00eete de vitesses 5ET50, il faut l&#8217;exp\u00e9dier dans le contenant dans lequel le nouveau carter de bo\u00eete de vitesses est arriv\u00e9. Les carters sont con\u00e7us sur mesure pour des composants particuliers, il est par cons\u00e9quent important d&#8217;utiliser le contenant ad\u00e9quat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bo\u00eete de vitesses 5ET50<\/strong> (Volt et Malibu hybride 2016-2017) : les contenants d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition ont une bande bleue. Des dommages se produisent le plus souvent parce que la bo\u00eete de vitesses se d\u00e9place dans le contenant d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Utiliser des sangles dans le contenant d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition pour s\u00e9curiser la bo\u00eete de vitesses. Les sangles doivent \u00eatre plac\u00e9es par dessus le haut de la bo\u00eete de vitesses (Fig. 5), autour du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du carter d&#8217;embrayage. (Fig. 7) L&#8217;acheminement de la sangle par dessus le bord coupant du carter d&#8217;embrayage pourrait entra\u00eener la coupure et le bris pendant l&#8217;exp\u00e9dition.
