{"id":6361,"date":"2018-12-18T20:48:26","date_gmt":"2018-12-18T20:48:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/techlinkfrench.mynetworkcontent.com\/?p=6361"},"modified":"2019-01-18T20:55:42","modified_gmt":"2019-01-18T20:55:42","slug":"vibration-durant-une-forte-acceleration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/?p=6361","title":{"rendered":"Vibration durant une forte acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une vibration peut se faire ressentir ou un bruit se faire entendre durant une forte acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration sur certains mod\u00e8les Colorado et Canyon 2015-2018 \u00e9quip\u00e9s avec le moteur 3.6L V6 (EFC LGZ) et la bo\u00eete de vitesses automatique 8L45 (EFC M5T).<\/p>\n<p>En acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration \u00e0 des vitesses de 77-83 km\/h (48-52 mi\/h), les angles de la ligne de transmission peuvent devenir extr\u00eames durant l&#8217;enroulement d&#8217;essieu, ce qui entra\u00eene une vibration de 2nd ordre. Pour ajuster l&#8217;angle, poser une cale conique entre l&#8217;essieu et le ressort \u00e0 lame.<\/p>\n<p>Avant de poser la cale, v\u00e9rifier que les hauteurs d&#8217;assiette du v\u00e9hicule sont dans les sp\u00e9cifications, qu&#8217;aucune modification en seconde monte susceptible d&#8217;affecter les angles de transmission n&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite et qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a pas de signes de d\u00e9g\u00e2ts accidentels susceptibles d&#8217;affecter la position de l&#8217;essieu moteur, des essieux, du roulement de support d&#8217;arbre de roue (si \u00e9quip\u00e9) ou du carter de transmission ou du carter de bo\u00eete de transfert (si \u00e9quip\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>En outre, contr\u00f4ler l&#8217;\u00e9tat des ressorts \u00e0 lames, des bagues de montage, du mat\u00e9riel de montage, de la structure de la suspension, des raccords en U de l&#8217;arbre de roue et des supports de transmission en recherchant tout d\u00e9g\u00e2t ou usure excessive.<\/p>\n<p>Pour reposer la cale, lever le v\u00e9hicule et, \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un cric hydraulique, soutenir l&#8217;essieu arri\u00e8re. Appliquer une tension \u00e0 chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du ressort \u00e0 lame en utilisant un collier en C. Abaisser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le cric pour faire glisser la cale \u00e0 2\u00b0 sous le ressort et le boulon par le trou du ressort. Poser la cale conique et le boulon fourni au travers du ressort. Serrer l&#8217;\u00e9crou \u00e0 100 Nm (74 lb.-po.) + 130\u00b0. Installer la plaque d&#8217;ancrage de ressort arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSEIL\u00a0:<\/strong> Le c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9pais de la cale va vers l&#8217;avant du v\u00e9hicule pour abaisser le nez de pignon.<\/p>\n<p>Si la vibration se r\u00e9duit, tester la pr\u00e9sence d&#8217;un tremblement induit par les freins en freinant mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment \u00e0 72 km\/h (45 mi\/h) et en notant toute vibration \u00e0 environ 45-48 km\/h (28-30 mi\/h).
