Le moteur utilise des colliers thermor\u00e9tr\u00e9cissables pour fixer les flexibles de liquide de refroidissement du moteur (fig. 24).<\/p>\n<p>Si un collier thermor\u00e9tr\u00e9cissable de liquide de refroidissement doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 suite \u00e0 une fuite de liquide de refroidissement ou pendant une r\u00e9paration, il peut s&#8217;av\u00e9rer difficile de reposer un collier thermor\u00e9tr\u00e9cissable pour sceller le flexible de liquide de refroidissement \u00e0 certains emplacements. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 c&#8217;est possible, un collier thermor\u00e9tr\u00e9cissable doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 partout o\u00f9 il est install\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11688\" src=\"https:\/\/techlink.mynetworkcontent.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/F24-clamp-1.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/techlink.mynetworkcontent.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/F24-clamp-1.jpg 540w, https:\/\/techlink.mynetworkcontent.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/F24-clamp-1-300x194.jpg 300w, https:\/\/techlink.mynetworkcontent.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/F24-clamp-1-85x55.jpg 85w, https:\/\/techlink.mynetworkcontent.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/F24-clamp-1-200x130.jpg 200w\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"350\" \/><strong>Fig. 24<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En cas d&#8217;emplacement sous le capot o\u00f9 il est difficile d&#8217;acc\u00e9der pour utiliser un pistolet thermique afin de poser correctement le collier thermor\u00e9tr\u00e9cissable, utiliser un collier de flexible (num\u00e9ro de pi\u00e8ce 1518389C1) et serrer le collier au couple prescrit (9-11 Nm ou 79\u201397 lb-po).<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la pose d&#8217;un collier thermor\u00e9tr\u00e9cissable :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Faire glisser le collier thermor\u00e9tr\u00e9cissable compl\u00e8tement par-dessus le bourrelet d&#8217;ajustement et aussi pr\u00e8s que possible de l&#8217;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du flexible (fig. 25).<\/li>\n<li>Faire tourner le collier thermor\u00e9tr\u00e9cissable\u2009de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que l&#8217;\u00e9criture du collier soit enti\u00e8rement visible.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9gler le pistolet thermique au r\u00e9glage le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>En utilisant le pistolet thermique dans un mouvement r\u00e9gulier constant, appliquer la chaleur au plus possible de collier r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissable.<\/li>\n<li>Poursuivre le chauffage du collier\u2009jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que l&#8217;information imprim\u00e9e sur le collier thermor\u00e9tr\u00e9cissable devienne grise, indiquant que suffisamment de chaleur a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Arr\u00eater le chauffage du collier.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rifier la qualit\u00e9 du joint en tentant de faire tourner le flexible\u2009\u00e0 la main.
