{"id":7337,"date":"2021-01-02T14:50:55","date_gmt":"2021-01-02T19:50:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/techlinkfrench.mynetworkcontent.com\/?p=7337"},"modified":"2021-03-02T14:57:38","modified_gmt":"2021-03-02T19:57:38","slug":"air-dans-le-circuit-de-refroidissement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/?p=7337","title":{"rendered":"Air dans le circuit de refroidissement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un bruit de gargouillement ou de jaillissement d&#8217;eau provenant du radiateur de chauffage, au centre du tableau de bord de certains mod\u00e8les Colorado et Canyon 2015-2019, peut \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 l&#8217;ingestion d&#8217;air dans le circuit de refroidissement.<\/p>\n<p>Si le bruit de gargouillement ou de jaillissement d&#8217;eau se fait entendre, remplacer le r\u00e9servoir d&#8217;expansion du radiateur (Fig. 15) des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 partir du d\u00e9but de production jusqu&#8217;au point d&#8217;interruption de VIN mentionn\u00e9 dans le bulletin n\u00b0 19-NA-007. Les v\u00e9hicules de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e de fabrication 2019, et ult\u00e9rieurs, produits apr\u00e8s le point d&#8217;interruption de VIN, sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9quip\u00e9s du nouveau r\u00e9servoir d&#8217;expansion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14256\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/F15-surge-2.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/F15-surge-2.png 740w, https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/F15-surge-2-300x195.png 300w, https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/F15-surge-2-85x55.png 85w, https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/F15-surge-2-200x130.png 200w\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"481\" \/><strong>Fig. 15<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ajouter du liquide de refroidissement jusqu&#8217;au dessus de la ligne de remplissage d&#8217;usine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors du remplissage du r\u00e9servoir d&#8217;expansion, apr\u00e8s l&#8217;installation d&#8217;un r\u00e9servoir neuf ou dans le cas o\u00f9 le bruit d&#8217;eau se fait entendre sur un v\u00e9hicule avec un r\u00e9servoir neuf, contr\u00f4ler le niveau de liquide de refroidissement. Dans le r\u00e9servoir d&#8217;expansion, le liquide de refroidissement doit se situer \u00e0 150\u00a0ml au-dessus de la ligne de remplissage d&#8217;usine, comme illustr\u00e9. Si le bruit persiste, apr\u00e8s avoir ajout\u00e9 le liquide de refroidissement dans le r\u00e9servoir d&#8217;expansion, lever l&#8217;avant du v\u00e9hicule avec un \u00e9l\u00e9vateur jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le bouchon de radiateur se situe au-dessus de l&#8217;auvent. Retirer le bouchon de radiateur et faire tourner le moteur pendant une heure.
