En raison des basses temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes, la condensation d&#8217;huile\/d&#8217;humidit\u00e9 peut geler dans l&#8217;\u00e9lectrovanne du r\u00e9gulateur de wastegate du turbocompresseur (TCV). (Fig. 19, #5)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15009\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/F19-turbo-2-R2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 19<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si ces codes d&#8217;anomalie sont activ\u00e9s, d\u00e9poser l&#8217;\u00e9lectrovanne du r\u00e9gulateur de wastegate du turbocompresseur et \u00e9vacuer toute la condensation en retournant la vanne. Souffler de l&#8217;air d&#8217;atelier propre, r\u00e9gul\u00e9 \u00e0 15-20 psi, \u00e0 travers les trois orifices (1, 2 et 3) pendant cinq secondes chacun. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter cette proc\u00e9dure deux fois. (Fig. 20)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15010\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/F20-turbo-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 20<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e9rifier l&#8217;orifice n\u00b0 2 pour v\u00e9rifier que le ressort est soulev\u00e9 du si\u00e8ge. Cela sera d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par le fait que l&#8217;air comprim\u00e9 ne s&#8217;arr\u00eate pas lorsqu&#8217;il est appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;orifice n\u00b0 2. En appliquant de l&#8217;air \u00e0 ce port, une petite quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;air devrait \u00eatre observ\u00e9e au port n\u00b0 3 et encore moins d&#8217;air sera remarqu\u00e9 au port n\u00b0 1. Si l&#8217;air ne s&#8217;\u00e9coule pas comme d\u00e9crit, le plongeur de la soupape de d\u00e9charge peut avoir des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts durcis par des conditions de fonctionnement chaudes, ce qui entrave le mouvement du plongeur TCV, et l&#8217;\u00e9lectrovanne de r\u00e9gulation de la soupape de d\u00e9charge du turbocompresseur doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 les r\u00e9parations, r\u00e9installer l&#8217;\u00e9lectrovanne de r\u00e9gulation de la soupape de d\u00e9charge du turbocompresseur, effacer tous les codes d&#8217;anomalie et \u00e9valuer la situation.
