Sur certains camions Silverado 2500HD\/3500HD et Sierra 2500HD\/3500HD 2020-2021 \u00e9quip\u00e9s de la transmission automatique \u00e0 10 vitesses 10L1000 (EFC MGM, MGU) et de la bo\u00eete de transfert EFC NQF ou NQH, l&#8217;installateur de joints DT-50648-A peut ne pas installer le joint d&#8217;entr\u00e9e \u00e0 la profondeur correcte.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a un espace autour de la partie ext\u00e9rieure du joint qui doit \u00eatre centr\u00e9 sur un trou de purge dans la bo\u00eete de transfert. Le trou d&#8217;\u00e9vacuation est perc\u00e9 au centre d&#8217;une rainure usin\u00e9e dans la bo\u00eete. (Fig. 13) L&#8217;installateur de joint DT-50648-A ne fonctionne pas pour ces applications.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15003\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/F13-transfer-case-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 13<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il existe deux conceptions de carter avant de bo\u00eete de transfert. Les joints se posent \u00e0 des profondeurs diff\u00e9rentes pour le mod\u00e8le 1 et le mod\u00e8le 2. Pour identifier chaque mod\u00e8le, rechercher une rainure usin\u00e9e o\u00f9 le joint est install\u00e9 (encercl\u00e9e comme indiqu\u00e9). S&#8217;il y a une rainure usin\u00e9e d\u00e9finie dans le bo\u00eetier, il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un carter premier mod\u00e8le. (Fig. 15)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15005\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/F15-transfer-case-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 15<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pendant qu&#8217;une strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;outil d&#8217;entretien est en cours d&#8217;\u00e9laboration, utiliser le dispositif de remplacement de la cuvette de palier de pignon J-45228 pour enfoncer le joint dans le carter. (Fig. 16) Cependant, il n&#8217;y a pas de but\u00e9e \u00e0 la profondeur correcte lorsqu&#8217;on utilise l&#8217;outil J-45228. Le joint doit \u00eatre enfonc\u00e9 lentement pendant la pose et la profondeur correcte doit \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e. Veiller \u00e0 ne pas enfoncer le joint trop profond\u00e9ment ou il sera n\u00e9cessaire de le remplacer \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15006\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/F16-transfer-case-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 16<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avant l&#8217;installation, d\u00e9terminer le mod\u00e8le de carter et tracer une marque sur l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur de l&#8217;outil J-45228 pour d\u00e9terminer la profondeur correcte du joint (Fig. 17). Lorsque la marque est au m\u00eame niveau que le carter, arr\u00eater de poser le joint. Pour le premier mod\u00e8le, marquer l&#8217;outil \u00e0 17 mm et pour le deuxi\u00e8me mod\u00e8le, marquer l&#8217;outil \u00e0 19,5 mm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15007\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/F17-transfer-case-5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 17<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l&#8217;installation, v\u00e9rifier la profondeur install\u00e9e en utilisant un pied \u00e0 coulisse pour contr\u00f4ler la distance entre le carter et la partie ext\u00e9rieure du joint.
