(Fig. 12) Des gouttes d&#8217;huile peuvent \u00eatre remarqu\u00e9es sur le sol sous l&#8217;avant des v\u00e9hicules neufs avant le premier changement d&#8217;huile.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15139\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/F12-leak-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 12<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;il s&#8217;av\u00e8re que l&#8217;huile moteur fuit du filtre \u00e0 huile d&#8217;origine &#8211; avant la premi\u00e8re vidange &#8211; entre le corps du filtre \u00e0 huile et la surface de montage de la zone du joint, le service technique de GM demande que des photos de la situation soient prises et soumises \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de l&#8217;application Field Product Reporting (FPR) avant toute r\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soumettre un rapport de produit de terrain<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>REMARQUE :<\/strong> installer l&#8217;application FPR sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone en suivant les instructions d\u00e9taill\u00e9es du bulletin n\u00b0 02-00-89-002 (\u00c9tats-Unis uniquement). En soumettant le FPR, remplir tous les champs obligatoires et ajouter PIE0651 dans le champ Condition. Toutes les soumissions FPR incluent le temps de travail suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<p>PIE0651 est une <a href=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/?p=15024\">EI Lite (Information du service technique)<\/a>, qui n&#8217;exige pas que les techniciens appellent un ing\u00e9nieur, mais demande qu&#8217;une description de l&#8217;\u00e9tat et des photos soient soumises \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de l&#8217;application FPR.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avant d&#8217;effectuer des r\u00e9parations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avant de retirer le filtre \u00e0 huile, prendre une photo de l&#8217;emplacement de la fuite d&#8217;huile. Utiliser un pointeur, un ruban de couleur ou un autre type de marqueur autocollant pour indiquer la zone de la fuite d&#8217;huile.<\/p>\n<p>Le filtre \u00e0 huile qui fuit sera demand\u00e9 par le service technique pour examen et test.
