La bo\u00eete-pont \u00e0 double embrayage Tremec DCT TR9080 (EFC M1L) est dot\u00e9e d&#8217;un filtre \u00e0 cartouche de bo\u00eete de vitesses (fig. 24) qui doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 au premier entretien programm\u00e9 de 12\u00a0000 km (7500 milles).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15307\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/F24-filter-Corvette-Transmission-R.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 24<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les v\u00e9hicules qui font l&#8217;objet d&#8217;un premier entretien programm\u00e9 \u00e0 12\u00a0000 km (7500 milles) ou dans la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 devraient faire l&#8217;objet d&#8217;un retrait soigneux du filtre de bo\u00eete de vitesses (fig. 25), qui doit \u00eatre retourn\u00e9 dans un sac au centre du pi\u00e8ce sous garantie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15308\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/F25-filter-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 25<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que le filtre est retir\u00e9 de la bo\u00eete de vitesses :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ne pas vidanger le filtre en le tournant \u00e0 l&#8217;envers.<\/li>\n<li>Ne pas laisser le filtre entrer en contact avec une surface \u00e9trang\u00e8re, comme le carter d&#8217;huile, avant de la mettre dans le sac.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;assurer d&#8217;\u00e9tiqueter le sac avec le NIV et le kilom\u00e9trage du v\u00e9hicule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la r\u00e9clamation pay\u00e9e, une demande de retour de pi\u00e8ces est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e pour que le filtre soit retourn\u00e9 au centre de pi\u00e8ces sous garantie.<\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;assurer de suivre toutes les \u00e9tapes de la proc\u00e9dure de remplacement de joint d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et de filtre (cartouche) de liquide de bo\u00eete de vitesses automatique des renseignements techniques appropri\u00e9s. En plus d&#8217;un filtre neuf, un nouveau joint d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de filtre (fig. 26, n\u00b0 3) et des boulons de couvercle de filtre de liquide (fig. 26, n\u00b0 1) neuf doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9s.
