{"id":7835,"date":"2022-08-31T12:00:03","date_gmt":"2022-08-31T16:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/?p=7835"},"modified":"2023-02-07T15:13:35","modified_gmt":"2023-02-07T20:13:35","slug":"test-de-fuite-du-systeme-evap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/?p=7835","title":{"rendered":"Test de fuite du syst\u00e8me EVAP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Certains mod\u00e8les 2021-2022 Encore et Trax \u00e9quip\u00e9s du moteur 1.4L (EFC LE2) peuvent avoir le code d&#8217;anomalie P0442, (petite fuite du syst\u00e8me d&#8217;\u00e9mission \u00e9vaporative [EVAP] d\u00e9tect\u00e9e) m\u00e9moris\u00e9 dans l&#8217;ECM.<\/p>\n<p>Le diagnostic de code d&#8217;anomalie P0442 teste le syst\u00e8me EVAP pour d\u00e9tecter une petite fuite. Lorsque le contact est coup\u00e9 et que le syst\u00e8me EVAP est scell\u00e9, un changement de la temp\u00e9rature des vapeurs du r\u00e9servoir de carburant se produit, entra\u00eenant un changement de pression correspondant dans l&#8217;espace des vapeurs du r\u00e9servoir de carburant, qui est surveill\u00e9 par le module de commande \u00e0 l&#8217;aide du capteur de pression du r\u00e9servoir de carburant (FTP). S&#8217;il y a une fuite dans le syst\u00e8me, l&#8217;ampleur de la variation de pression sera inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me \u00e9tanche.<\/p>\n<p>Si le code d&#8217;anomalie P0442 est m\u00e9moris\u00e9, effectuez les diagnostics dans les informations de service appropri\u00e9es et effectuez le contr\u00f4le d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me EVAP comme indiqu\u00e9. Une fuite peut provenir d&#8217;une soupape de purge ou d&#8217;une soupape de mise \u00e0 l&#8217;air libre de cartouche coinc\u00e9e et ouverte, ainsi que d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me EVAP non \u00e9tanche, il est donc important de v\u00e9rifier que toutes les lignes de purge sont correctement connect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSEIL :<\/strong> certaines fuites ne seront perceptibles que sous pression tandis que d&#8217;autres ne le seront que sous vide. Il est recommand\u00e9 de tester les fuites dans les deux sens. Pour de plus amples renseignements, se reporter au bulletin n\u00b0 21-NA-124.<\/p>\n<p>Si aucun probl\u00e8me ne peut \u00eatre isol\u00e9, remplacez la cartouche d&#8217;\u00e9mission par \u00e9vaporation (figure 2) et v\u00e9rifiez son bon fonctionnement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16614 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/F02-evap-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSEIL :<\/strong> les sol\u00e9no\u00efdes de purge (Fig. 3) et les pompes de purge retourn\u00e9s pour l&#8217;analyse des pi\u00e8ces sous garantie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s sans qu&#8217;aucun probl\u00e8me ne soit trouv\u00e9.
