{"id":7925,"date":"2023-03-08T03:00:11","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T08:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/?p=7925"},"modified":"2023-05-08T15:17:34","modified_gmt":"2023-05-08T19:17:34","slug":"entretien-des-moteurs-diesel-avec-des-bougies-de-prechauffage-en-ceramique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/?p=7925","title":{"rendered":"Entretien des moteurs diesel avec des bougies de pr\u00e9chauffage en c\u00e9ramique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lors du remplacement de bougies de pr\u00e9chauffage en c\u00e9ramique sur des mod\u00e8les Cruze 2017-2019, Equinox, Terrain 2018-2019, Silverado 1500, Silverado 2500HD\/3500HD, Silverado 4500HD\/5500HD\/6500HD, Tahoe, Suburban, Sierra 1500, Sierra 2500HD\/3500HD et Yukon 2020-2023 \u00e9quip\u00e9s du moteur diesel 1.6L (EFC LH7), 3.0L (EFC LM2, LZ0) ou 6.6L (EFC L5P, L5D), il est n\u00e9cessaire d&#8217;utiliser un outil de nettoyage d&#8217;al\u00e9sage de bougie de pr\u00e9chauffage pour \u00e9liminer la suie accumul\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de cet al\u00e9sage. (Fig. 7) La seule exception au nettoyage du trou de bougie de pr\u00e9chauffage est l&#8217;entretien d&#8217;une bougie de pr\u00e9chauffage sur les moteurs diesel 2.0 L et 2.8 L.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17380\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/F07-Ceramic-plug-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque le moteur fonctionne normalement, de la suie s&#8217;accumule entre l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur de la bougie de pr\u00e9chauffage et l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de l&#8217;orifice de bougie de pr\u00e9chauffage. Lorsqu&#8217;une bougie de pr\u00e9chauffage est d\u00e9pos\u00e9e, la suie qui s&#8217;est accumul\u00e9e dans l&#8217;al\u00e9sage doit \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9e. Si la suie n&#8217;est pas \u00e9limin\u00e9e avant l&#8217;installation d&#8217;une bougie de pr\u00e9chauffage neuve, elle peut \u00ab charger lat\u00e9ralement \u00bb la bougie de pr\u00e9chauffage neuve et provoquer une d\u00e9faillance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2009L&#8217;outil recommand\u00e9 pour nettoyer les trous des bougies de pr\u00e9chauffage des moteurs diesel 1.6L, 3.0L et 6.6L est l&#8217;al\u00e9soir EN-52074 pour orifices de bougies de pr\u00e9chauffage. (Fig. 8)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17381\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/F08-Ceramic-plug-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s lui avoir appliqu\u00e9 de la graisse afin de retenir le carbone retir\u00e9, l&#8217;al\u00e9soir d&#8217;orifice de bougie de pr\u00e9chauffage s&#8217;enfonce dans l&#8217;al\u00e9sage de bougie et son extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 passe dans la chambre de combustion de la culasse. L&#8217;al\u00e9soir hexagonal pour bougie de pr\u00e9chauffage est tourn\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un cliquet afin d&#8217;\u00e9liminer toute accumulation de carbone, qui reste dans la graisse \u00e0 l&#8217;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de l&#8217;outil. (Fig. 9)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17382\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/F09-Ceramic-plug-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avant de nettoyer l&#8217;al\u00e9sage de la bougie de pr\u00e9chauffage, inspecter chaque bougie de pr\u00e9chauffage d\u00e9pos\u00e9e pour s&#8217;assurer qu&#8217;elle est enti\u00e8rement intacte et qu&#8217;elle n&#8217;est pas cass\u00e9e.
