Si une fuite de fluide est trouv\u00e9e, cela peut \u00eatre d\u00fb au joint d&#8217;extension du carter de bo\u00eete de vitesses ou au joint de l&#8217;arbre d&#8217;entr\u00e9e de la bo\u00eete de transfert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cavit\u00e9 entre la bo\u00eete de vitesses et la bo\u00eete de transfert est une cavit\u00e9 humide par conception. Le joint d&#8217;arbre d&#8217;entr\u00e9e de bo\u00eete de transfert est un joint double pour \u00e9viter que le fluide de bo\u00eete de vitesses et le fluide de bo\u00eete de transfert se m\u00e9langent l&#8217;un avec l&#8217;autre. Si l&#8217;un ou l&#8217;autre des c\u00f4t\u00e9s du joint fuit, le fluide s&#8217;\u00e9coulera des trous de ressuage entre la bo\u00eete de vitesses et la bo\u00eete de transfert. (Fig. 18)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17617\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/F18-trans-leak-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 18<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour aider \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer si la profondeur d&#8217;un joint est incorrecte, ajouter un colorant \u00e0 la bo\u00eete de transfert ou \u00e0 la bo\u00eete de vitesses. Si le joint est install\u00e9 trop profond\u00e9ment, le fluide qui fuit est du fluide de bo\u00eete de vitesses. Si le joint n&#8217;est pas install\u00e9 trop profond\u00e9ment, le fluide qui fuit est le fluide de bo\u00eete de transfert. L&#8217;une ou l&#8217;autre des conditions fera en sorte qu&#8217;un fluide fuit hors des trous de ressuage entre la bo\u00eete de vitesses et la bo\u00eete de transfert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si le diagnostic indique que la profondeur du joint est incorrecte, remplacer le joint d&#8217;arbre d&#8217;entr\u00e9e de bo\u00eete de transfert (Fig. 19, A) et le joint d&#8217;extension de carter de bo\u00eete de vitesses (Fig. 19, B).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17618\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/F19-trans-leak-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 19<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9viser la derni\u00e8re version de #PIP5810 pour l&#8217;installation ad\u00e9quate du joint d&#8217;arbre d&#8217;entr\u00e9e de bo\u00eete de transfert. Il existe deux design de moiti\u00e9s de bo\u00eete avant de bo\u00eete de transfert, et les joints s&#8217;installent \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes profondeurs entre le design 1 et le design 2.
