(Fig. 9) L&#8217;\u00e9caillage de la peinture peut \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 un positionnement trop serr\u00e9 du phare sur le panneau de carrosserie. L&#8217;ajustement entre le car\u00e9nage avant et l&#8217;aile peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre trop serr\u00e9 sur le m\u00eame v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18065\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/F09-Paint-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si ces conditions sont constat\u00e9es, il existe quatre zones potentielles de contact \u00e9lev\u00e9 (Fig. 10) dans lesquelles la peinture peut s&#8217;\u00e9cailler ou se d\u00e9coller :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Interface aile\/car\u00e9nage sous le phare<\/li>\n<li>Coin avant du phare par rapport au car\u00e9nage<\/li>\n<li>Phare serr\u00e9 contre l&#8217;aile<\/li>\n<li>Interface entre le car\u00e9nage avant et l&#8217;aile<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18066\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/F10-Paint-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 10<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00e9rifier la position correcte des phares avant et apr\u00e8s toute r\u00e9paration. La lentille de phare doit disposer d&#8217;un \u00e9cart minimum de 0,5 mm (0,02 po) par rapport au panneau de carrosserie. (Fig. 11)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18067\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/F11-Paint-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 11<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>R\u00e9glage des phares<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour r\u00e9gler les phares, il faut d\u00e9poser les ensembles pneu\/roue avant et les doublures de passage de roue, ainsi que le car\u00e9nage avant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les phares peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9s des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, si n\u00e9cessaire, en desserrant les fixations et en \u00e9loignant le coin avant du phare de l&#8217;ouverture du compartiment avant. (Fig. 12) Dans certains cas, il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire d&#8217;agrandir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le trou de montage avant dans le bo\u00eetier de phare pour \u00e9loigner le phare du car\u00e9nage. Apr\u00e8s avoir positionn\u00e9 le phare, le maintenir en place lors de la r\u00e9installation du boulon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18068\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/F12-Paint-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 12<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Effectuer une r\u00e9paration partielle de peinture aux endroits concern\u00e9s du car\u00e9nage avant puis r\u00e9installer le car\u00e9nage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00c9cart entre le phare et l&#8217;aile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si l&#8217;\u00e9cart entre le phare et l&#8217;aile est trop \u00e9troit, marquer l&#8217;emplacement des deux boulons du support cobra, de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 du v\u00e9hicule, et ajuster les supports. L&#8217;abaissement du support cr\u00e9era un \u00e9cart plus important entre la lentille du phare et l&#8217;aile.
