Ce bruit, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entendu vers 40-80 km\/h (25-50 mph), peut \u00eatre caus\u00e9 par l&#8217;isolation du c\u00e2ble en 4e et 5e vitesse \u00e0 environ 68 km\/h (42 mph) en acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration mod\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour v\u00e9rifier la source du bruit, suivre la proc\u00e9dure de service d\u00e9crite dans le bulletin n\u00b0\u00a024-NA-002. La proc\u00e9dure consiste \u00e0 conduire le v\u00e9hicule en 4\u00e8me vitesse, \u00e0 environ 2000-2800 tr\/min, et \u00e0 observer si un bruit de g\u00e9missement d&#8217;engrenage se fait entendre en l\u00e9g\u00e8re acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration ou en roue libre. (Fig. 12) L&#8217;intensit\u00e9 du bruit de g\u00e9missement doit varier en fonction de la position de l&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-18436 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/F12-whine-2-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 12<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e8s que le bruit est per\u00e7u, la vitesse du v\u00e9hicule doit \u00eatre augment\u00e9e pour que la transmission passe en 5\u00e8me vitesse. Un bruit similaire devrait encore \u00eatre audible dans la plage de 2000 \u00e0 2800 tr\/min du moteur en 5\u00e8me vitesse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant l&#8217;essai routier, il ne doit pas y avoir de bruit de g\u00e9missement lorsque la transmission est engag\u00e9e dans les rapports 1-2 ou 6-8, ou lorsque le r\u00e9gime moteur est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2800 tr\/min.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois que le bruit a \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 dans ces conditions, installer une masse de c\u00e2ble de bo\u00eete de vitesses pour favoriser l&#8217;\u00e9limination de l&#8217;isolation du c\u00e2ble et du bruit de g\u00e9missement en acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration mod\u00e9r\u00e9e en 4\u00e8me et 5\u00e8me vitesse.
