(Fig. 6) La conception du silencieux a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e plus tard dans l&#8217;ann\u00e9e de fabrication avec une orientation de la soupape d&#8217;\u00e9chappement diff\u00e9rente de celle de certains mod\u00e8les ant\u00e9rieurs de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18447\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/F06-exhaust-6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si un silencieux d&#8217;\u00e9chappement de remplacement est install\u00e9, le connecteur \u00e9lectrique doit \u00eatre prolong\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une nouvelle tresse afin d&#8217;\u00eatre correctement fix\u00e9 \u00e0 la soupape d&#8217;\u00e9chappement. Avant toute r\u00e9paration, inspecter la configuration de la soupape d&#8217;\u00e9chappement et d\u00e9terminer si la soupape est de conception ant\u00e9rieure (Fig. 7, n\u00b0\u00a01) ou du dernier mod\u00e8le avec la nouvelle orientation de la soupape. (Fig. 7, n\u00b0\u00a02)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18448\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/F07-exhaust-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"427\" \/><strong>Fig. 7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour installer la nouvelle tresse de faisceau de c\u00e2bles, retirer d&#8217;abord la 5\u00e8me borne du nouveau connecteur \u00e9lectrique et couper la nouvelle tresse \u00e0 la longueur appropri\u00e9e, en fonction du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du v\u00e9hicule o\u00f9 le silencieux est install\u00e9. La tresse doit \u00eatre de 3 pouces (76 mm) pour la soupape d&#8217;\u00e9chappement du c\u00f4t\u00e9 conducteur (Fig. 8, n\u00b0\u00a01) et de 4 pouces (102 mm) pour la soupape d&#8217;\u00e9chappement du c\u00f4t\u00e9 passager. (Fig. 9) Ne pas couper tous les fils en m\u00eame temps. (Fig. 10)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-18451 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/F10-exhaust-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"499\" \/><strong>Fig. 10<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois que la nouvelle tresse est \u00e9piss\u00e9e, utiliser du ruban isolant en polyester tiss\u00e9 (PET) pour envelopper le faisceau de c\u00e2blage dans une double couche, s&#8217;\u00e9tendant le long du faisceau au-del\u00e0 de l&#8217;\u00e9pissure, jusqu&#8217;au connecteur \u00e9lectrique. Ensuite, envelopper le faisceau de c\u00e2bles \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un ruban adh\u00e9sif r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur afin de le prot\u00e9ger de la chaleur \u00e9mise par l&#8217;\u00e9chappement.
