Le code d&#8217;anomalie P0747 (\u00e9lectrovanne 1 de commande de bo\u00eete de vitesses bloqu\u00e9e en position de marche) peut \u00eatre m\u00e9moris\u00e9 dans le module de commande de bo\u00eete de vitesses (TCM). Le code d&#8217;anomalie P0747 est m\u00e9moris\u00e9 en cas de probl\u00e8me hydraulique\/m\u00e9canique dans la bo\u00eete de vitesses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le probl\u00e8me de changement de vitesse peut \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 une d\u00e9faillance du corps de la soupape de commande de la bo\u00eete de vitesses, ce qui a probablement provoqu\u00e9 la m\u00e9morisation du code d&#8217;anomalie P0747 et le passage par d\u00e9faut de la bo\u00eete de vitesses en 5e vitesse. Dans la plupart des cas, seul le corps de soupape de commande doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9. (Fig. 21)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18662\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/F21-Trans-DTC-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 21<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avant toute r\u00e9paration, v\u00e9rifier l&#8217;\u00e9tat de l&#8217;huile de bo\u00eete de vitesses. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le v\u00e9hicule accumule du kilom\u00e9trage, le liquide de transmission s&#8217;assombrit en raison des cycles thermiques et de l&#8217;utilisation. Le liquide ne peut pr\u00e9senter ni odeur de br\u00fbl\u00e9 ni d\u00e9bris d&#8217;embrayage dans le carter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si le liquide pr\u00e9sente une bonne couleur sans trace de mat\u00e9riau d&#8217;embrayage, remplacer uniquement le corps de soupape de commande (fig. 22)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18663\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/F22-Trans-DTC-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"673\" \/><strong>Fig. 22<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une bo\u00eete de vitesses dont le liquide peut \u00eatre de couleur plus fonc\u00e9e, avec des traces minimes de mat\u00e9riau d&#8217;embrayage et sans odeur de br\u00fbl\u00e9, ne doit \u00eatre entretenue qu&#8217;avec un corps de soupape de commande. (Fig. 23)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18664\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/F23-Trans-DTC-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"717\" \/><strong>Fig. 23<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si le liquide pr\u00e9sente une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration extr\u00eame et que le bac contient du mat\u00e9riau d&#8217;embrayage, la bo\u00eete de vitesses doit \u00eatre retir\u00e9e du v\u00e9hicule pour une inspection plus approfondie afin de d\u00e9terminer les embrayages qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 endommag\u00e9s. (Fig. 24) Tout embrayage suspect doit \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9 en suivant les informations d&#8217;entretien appropri\u00e9es.
