(Fig. 19) Le nouveau mod\u00e8le du circlip, qui permet d&#8217;obtenir une plus grande force de r\u00e9tention entre l&#8217;arbre d&#8217;entra\u00eenement de roue et l&#8217;arbre court de sortie de l&#8217;unit\u00e9 d&#8217;entra\u00eenement, n&#8217;est pas interchangeable avec le mod\u00e8le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18858\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/F19-snap-ring-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 19<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le circlip rond du 1er mod\u00e8le (Fig. 20, A) et le circlip \u00e0 3 points du 2\u00e8me mod\u00e8le (Fig. 20, B) ne doivent pas \u00eatre m\u00e9lang\u00e9s entre les arbres d&#8217;entra\u00eenement de roue ou les unit\u00e9s d&#8217;entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18859\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/F20-snap-ring-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 20<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sur les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&#8217;un arbre d&#8217;entra\u00eenement de roue \u00e0 cannelures \u00e0 billes, la pr\u00e9sence d&#8217;une rainure de service (Fig. 21) sur le carter int\u00e9rieur signifie que l&#8217;unit\u00e9 d&#8217;entra\u00eenement est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&#8217;un circlip \u00e0 3 points du 2\u00e8me mod\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18860\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/F21-snap-ring-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 21<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&#8217;un demi-arbre du type \u00e0 joint homocin\u00e9tique conventionnel peuvent \u00e9galement utiliser le circlip \u00e0 3\u00a0points du 2\u00e8me mod\u00e8le. Ces arbres ne n\u00e9cessitent pas de rainure de service ni d&#8217;outils sp\u00e9ciaux pour leur d\u00e9pose ou leur installation. En retirant le circlip, v\u00e9rifier la forme de l&#8217;anneau pour d\u00e9terminer s&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un anneau rond du 1er mod\u00e8le ou d&#8217;un anneau \u00e0 3\u00a0points de 2\u00e8me mod\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque l&#8217;arbre d&#8217;entra\u00eenement de roue est d\u00e9pos\u00e9, le circlip de type rond s&#8217;adapte sans serrage dans la rainure de l&#8217;arbre de l&#8217;unit\u00e9 d&#8217;entra\u00eenement. Le circlip \u00e0 3 points s&#8217;adapte tr\u00e8s \u00e9troitement dans la rainure de l&#8217;arbre de l&#8217;unit\u00e9 d&#8217;entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si l&#8217;arbre d&#8217;entra\u00eenement de roue est d\u00e9pos\u00e9 ou remplac\u00e9 lors d&#8217;une intervention, il faut veiller \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer quel circlip est pr\u00e9sent. Le circlip rond (argent\u00e9) est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le 1er mod\u00e8le et le circlip ovale (noir) \u00e0 3 points est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le 2\u00e8me mod\u00e8le. Une fois le circlip retir\u00e9, le poser sur une surface plane afin d&#8217;identifier sa forme.
