Le bruit sec peut \u00eatre le panneau de toit qui se fl\u00e9chit en raison de la force du dessiccateur d&#8217;air industriel \u00e0 l&#8217;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du lave-auto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe maintenant une proc\u00e9dure de r\u00e9paration mise \u00e0 jour disponible qui s&#8217;applique \u00e0 tous les mod\u00e8les Colorado et Canyon 2023-2025 sans toit ouvrant (\u00e9quipement facultatif commun (RPO) CAC), fabriqu\u00e9s avant le 03-02-2025. Elle r\u00e9sout la flexion du panneau de toit en appliquant des pi\u00e8ces de raidissement ainsi qu&#8217;un arceau de toit longitudinal sur le dessous du panneau de toit. (Fig. 9)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19552\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/F09-Roof-5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 toute r\u00e9paration de peinture ou de carrosserie n\u00e9cessaire sur le toit, les panneaux de raidissement doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9s sur le dessous du panneau de toit, \u00e0 cinq endroits, \u00e0 l&#8217;avant de la zone du toit. (Fig. 10)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>CONSEIL : <\/strong>\u00a0la garniture de toit doit \u00eatre abaiss\u00e9e, mais pas retir\u00e9e, pour la pose des panneaux et de l&#8217;arceau de toit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19553\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/F10-Roof-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"479\" \/><strong>Fig. 10<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si les pi\u00e8ces de raidissement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9es dans le cadre d&#8217;une r\u00e9paration ant\u00e9rieure, il n&#8217;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de retirer les panneaux de raidissement avant d&#8217;installer l&#8217;arceau de toit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commencer l&#8217;installation en pr\u00e9-per\u00e7ant les cinq emplacements pour les rivets sur l&#8217;arceau de toit. (Fig. 11)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19554\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/F11-Roof-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/>Fig. 11<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;arceau de toit pr\u00e9-perc\u00e9 sera utilis\u00e9 comme gabarit sur le dessous de la structure du toit. Veiller \u00e0 aligner correctement la ligne centrale de l&#8217;arceau de toit sur la ligne centrale des barres de toit. (Fig. 12)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19555\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/F12-Roof-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 12<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois que tous les trous sont perc\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un dispositif de contr\u00f4le de la profondeur sur le foret, appliquer l&#8217;adh\u00e9sif structurel appropri\u00e9 aux deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s du mat\u00e9riau de contr\u00f4le de vibration et de l&#8217;arceau de toit, sur la longueur de l&#8217;arceau de toit.
