(Fig. 1) La secousse ou le bruit peut \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me de convertisseur de couple interne qui cause un glissement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>CONSEIL : <\/strong>\u00a0avant de commencer le diagnostic pour le probl\u00e8me de secousses ou de bruit, consulter le bulletin n\u00b0 23-NA-194, qui couvre un probl\u00e8me similaire et qui est beaucoup plus susceptible de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19501\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/F01-Trans-shudder-2024-chevrolet-trax.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" \/><strong>Fig. 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Vibration ou grondement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le bulletin num\u00e9ro 23-NA-194 couvre un bruit de tambourinement ou de grondement entendu \u00e0 travers les haut-parleurs de certains mod\u00e8les Trax 2024 lorsque le r\u00e9gime moteur se situe entre 1500 et 2000 tr\/min sous une charge r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Le bruit, qui peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent quand l&#8217;autoradio est \u00e9teinte, peut \u00eatre caus\u00e9 par le syst\u00e8me de suppression active du bruit (ANC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour v\u00e9rifier le probl\u00e8me, passer manuellement la bo\u00eete de vitesses \u00e0 un rapport pour permettre au r\u00e9gime moteur de rester proche de 1 800 tr\/min.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si la vibration ou le bruit est pr\u00e9sent, un \u00e9talonnage d&#8217;entretien est disponible pour mettre \u00e0 jour la radio A11 (\u00e9quipement facultatif commun (RPO) IOR). Se reporter \u00e0 Programmation et configuration de la radio A11 dans les informations d&#8217;entretien (SI) appropri\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Remplacement du convertisseur de couple<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si le logiciel de la radio est \u00e0 jour apr\u00e8s avoir suivi la proc\u00e9dure d&#8217;entretien du bulletin n\u00b0 23-NA-194 et si les secousses ou bruit persistent, le convertisseur de couple doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9.
