Si aucun num\u00e9ro de dossier valide n&#8217;est saisi, le syst\u00e8me demandera \u00e0 nouveau cette information.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, les appelants seront invit\u00e9s \u00e0 saisir leur code BAC. Le m\u00eame cycle se reproduira si le code BAC n&#8217;est pas saisi ou n&#8217;est pas reconnu. Veiller \u00e0 ne saisir que le num\u00e9ro de dossier TAC et le code BAC exacts. Des informations erron\u00e9es peuvent retarder l&#8217;intervention.<\/p>\n<p>Si aucun num\u00e9ro de dossier ou code BAC n&#8217;est saisi, le syst\u00e8me redirigera l&#8217;appel vers les options standard du menu t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique. Afin d&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le traitement des demandes et de r\u00e9duire les temps d&#8217;attente, les techniciens sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 cr\u00e9er leur num\u00e9ro de dossier dans CX Connect avant d&#8217;appeler le TAC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSEIL :<\/strong> sans acc\u00e8s \u00e0 CX Connect, les concessionnaires canadiens doivent suivre les instructions pour \u00eatre redirig\u00e9s vers les options standard du menu t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De meilleures performances, en moins de temps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En cr\u00e9ant d&#8217;abord un dossier TAC dans CX Connect, les techniciens qui contactent le TAC en indiquant le num\u00e9ro de dossier verront leur appel transf\u00e9r\u00e9 directement au service d&#8217;assistance comp\u00e9tent pour leur cas particulier. Les agents du TAC auront imm\u00e9diatement acc\u00e8s au dossier et disposeront de toutes les informations n\u00e9cessaires, ce qui r\u00e9duira le temps d&#8217;attente, limitera la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter le probl\u00e8me et les informations connexes, et leur permettra de consacrer davantage de temps \u00e0 l&#8217;assistance. En fin de compte, l&#8217;objectif est de mettre en place un processus plus fluide, plus productif et plus efficace pour les probl\u00e8mes de diagnostic complexes, afin d&#8217;obtenir de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats et de mener \u00e0 bien les interventions de r\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;un cas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour aider les techniciens \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un dossier, une <a href=\"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/CX-Connect-Case-Creation-Help-Tips-2.0.pdf\"><strong>aide \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de dossier CX Connect<\/strong><\/a> est offerte (Fig. 3).
