La fuite peut \u00eatre due \u00e0 un joint endommag\u00e9 ou \u00e0 des conduites qui fuient.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9280\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/F06-Power-steering-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/F06-Power-steering-2.png 740w, https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/F06-Power-steering-2-300x195.png 300w, https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/F06-Power-steering-2-200x130.png 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fig. 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On peut utiliser un colorant fluorescent pour localiser la fuite. \u00c9liminer tout r\u00e9sidu d&#8217;huile du bo\u00eetier de direction \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un nettoyant pour huile et graisse.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter ensuite une bouteille (1 oz; 30 ml) de colorant fluorescent dans le r\u00e9servoir de la direction assist\u00e9e, puis conduire le v\u00e9hicule pendant 10 minutes. Utiliser une lampe \u00e0 lumi\u00e8re noire pour v\u00e9rifier s&#8217;il y a des traces de fuite de colorant au niveau des joints, des conduites, des radiateurs, de la bo\u00eete de vitesses et du servofrein hydraulique. Noter l&#8217;emplacement des fuites. V\u00e9rifier \u00e9galement s&#8217;il y a des fuites de liquide au niveau du r\u00e9servoir ou de la pompe.<\/p>\n<p>Si une fuite est d\u00e9tect\u00e9e, consulter les informations techniques correspondantes et le catalogue \u00e9lectronique des pi\u00e8ces pour v\u00e9rifier si le composant d\u00e9fectueux peut \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trousses de joints<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs trousses de joints sont disponibles; il n&#8217;est donc g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas n\u00e9cessaire de remplacer le bo\u00eetier de direction. On entend par \u00ab suintement \u00bb l&#8217;accumulation d&#8217;huile, d&#8217;un film ou de poussi\u00e8re \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur d&#8217;un composant. Lorsqu&#8217;on observe des gouttelettes de liquide suspendues \u00e0 un composant ou que du liquide s&#8217;est \u00e9coul\u00e9 sur un autre composant, on parle de fuite (Fig. 8).
