{"id":9331,"date":"2026-05-15T11:46:40","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T15:46:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/?p=9331"},"modified":"2026-06-15T11:51:25","modified_gmt":"2026-06-15T15:51:25","slug":"colorant-de-detection-de-fuites-de-climatisation-pour-vehicules-electriques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/?p=9331","title":{"rendered":"Colorant de d\u00e9tection de fuites de climatisation pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>GM a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9tabli une nouvelle proc\u00e9dure de diagnostic des fuites de fluide frigorig\u00e8ne de climatisation pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques (VE) et hybrides rechargeables (VHR) de sa gamme \u2014 y compris les mod\u00e8les Silverado EV, Blazer EV, Equinox EV, Bolt EV\/EUV, Corvette E-Ray, Volt, Sierra EV, HUMMER en versions camion et VUS, ESCALADE IQ, VISTIQ, LYRIQ, OPTIQ, ELR, CT6 PHEV, la fourgonnette BrightDrop ainsi que les camions et VUS bi-mode GMT900 HP2 \u2014 qui requiert l\u2019utilisation de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes et de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle m\u00e9thode de diagnostic des fuites de climatisation n\u00e9cessite un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&#8217;injection de colorant fluorescent diff\u00e9rent de celui utilis\u00e9 sur les anciens syst\u00e8mes (Fig. 17). Au lieu d&#8217;ajouter 0,25 oz de colorant \u00e0 base de PAG par versement libre, on utilise d\u00e9sormais un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&#8217;injection sous pression avec un colorant \u00e0 base d&#8217;huile d&#8217;ester de polyol (POE) r\u00e9cemment commercialis\u00e9, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour ces applications \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9337\" src=\"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/F17-EV-dye-8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/F17-EV-dye-8.png 740w, https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/F17-EV-dye-8-300x195.png 300w, https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/F17-EV-dye-8-200x130.png 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fig. 17<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette nouvelle m\u00e9thode utilisant un colorant et une injection, l&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de climatisation est pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e pendant le diagnostic des fuites, car il n&#8217;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de l&#8217;ouvrir pour injecter le colorant, ce qui permet d&#8217;\u00e9viter toute infiltration d&#8217;humidit\u00e9 dans le syst\u00e8me. Le colorant peut \u00eatre inject\u00e9 que le syst\u00e8me soit plein, partiellement rempli ou vide, et le fluide de base du colorant est compatible avec l&#8217;huile de compresseur d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9e dans ces v\u00e9hicules.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trousse d&#8217;outils d&#8217;injection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La trousse d&#8217;injection de colorant pour climatisation de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques (TRPTP9814EVHY) permet d&#8217;introduire un colorant de d\u00e9tection de fuites dans le circuit de climatisation. Elle est disponible dans le catalogue \u00ab GM Special Tools and Equipment \u00bb sur le site gmglobaltools.com.<\/p>\n<p>La trousse comprend l&#8217;injecteur \u00e0 poign\u00e9e en T, des raccords en laiton pour les syst\u00e8mes R134a et R1234yf, deux adaptateurs de purge et un lot de d\u00e9marrage de trois cartouches de colorant fluorescent POE (Fig. 18). Selon l&#8217;intensit\u00e9 de la fuite, celle-ci peut ne pas \u00eatre d\u00e9tectable \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de la lampe de d\u00e9tection de fuites avant un d\u00e9lai compris entre 15 minutes et 7 jours.
