{"id":9433,"date":"2026-07-12T15:19:15","date_gmt":"2026-07-12T19:19:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/?p=9433"},"modified":"2026-08-12T15:20:51","modified_gmt":"2026-08-12T19:20:51","slug":"installation-de-la-pompe-a-carburant-et-calage-du-moteur-diesel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gm-techlinkfrench.com\/?p=9433","title":{"rendered":"Installation de la pompe \u00e0 carburant et calage du moteur diesel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sur certains mod\u00e8les Silverado 1500 et Sierra 1500 de 2019 \u00e0 2026, ainsi que sur les mod\u00e8les Tahoe, Suburban et Yukon de 2021 \u00e0 2026 \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&#8217;un moteur diesel de 3,0 L (\u00e9quipement facultatif commun (RPO) LM2, LZ0), un probl\u00e8me de d\u00e9marrage du moteur peut survenir ou des codes d&#8217;anomalie (DTC) li\u00e9s \u00e0 une faible pression de carburant peuvent s&#8217;afficher apr\u00e8s le remplacement de la pompe \u00e0 carburant. Ces probl\u00e8mes peuvent \u00eatre dus \u00e0 un mauvais calage de la pompe \u00e0 carburant par rapport au vilebrequin et aux arbres \u00e0 cames du moteur.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;arbre d&#8217;entr\u00e9e de la pompe \u00e0 carburant du moteur diesel de 3,0 L comporte une rainure de clavette qui s&#8217;aligne avec une clavette situ\u00e9e sur le pignon de distribution (Fig. 12). Chaque cylindre est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#8217;un r\u00e9gulateur de carburant qui alimente une rampe d&#8217;alimentation en carburant commune. En raison de l&#8217;engrenage de la cha\u00eene de distribution reliant le vilebrequin \u00e0 la pompe \u00e0 carburant, un piston de la pompe atteint le point mort haut \u00e0 chaque course motrice d&#8217;un cylindre du moteur.<\/p>\n<p>Pour que le moteur fonctionne correctement, l&#8217;impulsion de carburant provenant de la pompe \u00e0 carburant doit co\u00efncider avec l&#8217;instant o\u00f9 l&#8217;injecteur de carburant s&#8217;ouvre pour le cylindre en cours de fonctionnement. Si ce calage est m\u00eame l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d\u00e9cal\u00e9, des codes d&#8217;anomalie (DTC) peuvent s&#8217;afficher ou le moteur peut ne pas d\u00e9marrer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00e9rification du calage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque vous intervenez sur un moteur pr\u00e9sentant des codes d&#8217;anomalie li\u00e9s \u00e0 une pression insuffisante ou qui ne d\u00e9marre pas apr\u00e8s le remplacement de la pompe \u00e0 carburant, v\u00e9rifier le calage \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un PicoScope. Pour ce faire, connecter l&#8217;oscilloscope au capteur de pression de la rampe d&#8217;alimentation en carburant. Observer l&#8217;impulsion de pression provenant de la pompe d&#8217;injection et l&#8217;impulsion de l&#8217;injecteur de carburant.
